Through in person interviews/ surveys, analysis of current contacts/network, interests, personality profile, and expertise, we will co-develop a Business Development Plan identifying key relationships upon which to focus. During this process we will define key performance indicators, differentiators, and teach the techniques to properly identify key relationships and how to assess time spent on each.

Development Dynamx will meet with each participant weekly in person to review activity, progress and provide coaching related to specific steps following our Development Dynamx Roadmap, starting with Targeting.  We will also provide ongoing advice to help maintain business development momentum, ensuring sustainable, predictable ROI.  Additionally, we will provide monthly progress reports to evaluate pipeline and revenue goals, and to identify further efforts needed to achieve ROI.

CREATE A PLAN

After initial analysis, we will work independently with individual participants on the steps to execute their unique personal Business Development Plan. 
We will assign activity goals, pipeline goals, as well as revenue goals.  We will further assign weekly tasks that follow a process roadmap to create real opportunities, and will work to increase confidence to achieve success.  Each participant should expect to see
​purposeful Business Development activity and revenue growth by the end of the 6 month period.
